If you are an incoming undergraduate, you can pursue your Bachelor of Arts degree at EUF in one of our five B.A. programs in Teacher Education, European Cultures and Society, International Management - BWL, Social Sciences: Social and Political Change or Transcultural European Studies: Languages, Cultures, Interactions.
Teacher training students at EUF can enter the Master of Education program at EUF after earning their Bachelor of Arts in Teacher Education. Incidentally, EUF is the only university in Schleswig-Holstein that offers teacher training for types of schools.
EUF also offers several other master’s degree programs in the fields of Educational Science, European Studies, Economics, and Transformation and Sustainability.
If you want more information or if you are still undecided about what you would like to study, the Student Guidance and Counseling Service (ZSB) on campus can provide expert guidance and information. The best thing to do is simply to come visit ZSB during its open office hours.
As a rule, admission requires that you hold a general university entrance qualification (Abitur, final school exam) or a subject-specific university entrance qualification. The required subject will depend on your intended degree program.
Keep in mind that a Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college certificate) does not entitle the holder to take up university studies in Schleswig-Holstein. You may also need to provide additional qualifications for some degree programs or program modules, such as proof of having passed an aptitude test or foreign language skills. These potential additional qualifications depend on your chosen degree program.
