Description
The aim of the project is to explore how the introduction of the 4-day week can maintain staff health, increase staff retention and facilitate the recruitment of new staff. In order to be able to evaluate this, questionnaires will be created with which employees will be surveyed several times before, during and after the piloting of the 4-day week. The data will be processed and analyzed accordingly and prepared for interim and final reports.
