Privacy policy

The collection and processing of data serves to ensure the quality of the counseling center's work. The data to be processed are anamnesis data and test results.

Counselors/psychologists are bound to confidentiality. We only transfer your health data and test results to third parties if this is permitted by law and you have expressly consented to the transfer (release from confidentiality).

Evaluation and scientific monitoring of courses and workshops

Our courses and workshops are regularly evaluated by students as part of their theses.

Scientific monitoring of counseling sessions

In 2024, data collection will begin in order to record the concerns and topics mentioned by clients during counseling sessions. One aim of the study is to better adapt the advice services offered by the counseling center.

Counseling sessions held with parents on site at the counseling center, by telephone or online are recorded. Parts of the audio recordings that are relevant to the purpose of the research are then transcribed.

All information about the persons involved in the conversation and the persons and institutions mentioned in the conversation that could be identified is anonymized. The interview transcripts are for research purposes only and only excerpts are quoted.

Personal contact details of the persons involved in the session will be stored separately from the data collected, inaccessible to third parties and treated confidentially. (Participation in the survey and your consent to the use of the data are voluntary).

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the study or the collection and scientific processing of the data.
