Educational cooperation in an inclusive setting

The educational cooperation between mainstream and special needs teachers, which is important in the inclusive environment of primary and community schools, was examined using a method for analyzing the quality of team cooperation, the “ Fragebogen zur Arbeit im Team (FAT)” (Kauffeld, 2004). A total of N=245 teachers were surveyed. The initial findings identify differentiated areas of development in pedagogical cooperation.
