Departing From Flensburg

Are your studies at Europa Universität Flensburg coming to an end? In the sections below, you’ll find an overview of the most important things you need to do before you leave.

Withdrawal

Withdrawing From Your Studies at EUF

Students who wish to discontinue their studies at Europa-Universität Flensburg or who have already completed their studies at EUF must submit a withdrawal request. Together with the official withdrawal application, you need to submit a certificate from the Central University Library (Entlastungsschein) stating that you have returned all borrowed media and paid any outstanding fees.

Before you can cancel your German health insurance and enroll at another German university, your withdrawal from study at EUF is required.

On the application form, exchange students must indicate "9 (Other reasons: exchange student)" under the item "Grund der Entlassung/Reason for withdrawing."
