Intercultural and Diversity Day

Celebrate the Intercultural and Diversity Day at the Europa-Universität Flensburg with us!

10:00 a.m.: Kaleidoscope Parade - Diversity in motion

Welcome to the Kaleidoscope Parade, a brilliant highlight of the Intercultural and Diversity Day! This vibrant student parade showcases the colorful diversity of our community and celebrates the different cultures, identities and backgrounds that enrich our lives together.

Participants represent not only their cultural roots, but also the diversity of genders, sexual orientations, social backgrounds and identities. Whether lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, inter*, asexual, queer or straight - everyone is welcome at the Kaleidoscope Parade and their individuality is celebrated.

With colorful costumes, traditional garments, music and dance, different stories are told that underline the uniqueness of each culture and each individual. The parade is a powerful symbol of acceptance, respect and peaceful coexistence that unites all people, regardless of origin, gender, sexual orientation or identity.

Join us and experience a spectacle that celebrates the beauty of diversity in all its facets and reminds us that our differences do not divide us, but enrich us.

Together, we will set an example for tolerance, openness and equality - a kaleidoscope of diversity that inspires us all.

The parade starts in the entrance area of the main building of Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (Kanzleistraße 91-93, 24943 Flensburg) and ends in the entrance area of the Helsinki building of Europa-Universität Flensburg.
