From Flensburg railway station:

    4 stops with bus line 5 (bus platform 2, Ring A, every 20 minutes).
    Get off at the "Campus Uni" stop.
    Follow the street for approx. 100 m in the direction of travel.
 

From the Central Bus Station (ZOB):    Take line 5 (bus platform 2, ring A) or line 4 (direction "Campus Uni").    Get off at the "Campus Uni" stop.    Follow the street for approx. 100 m in the direction of travel.

Coming from the A7 motorway:

    Exit Flensburg onto the B 200, direction Flensburg/Glücksburg
    then follow the main road until: Exit B 199, direction Glücksburg/FL-Süd.
    After approx. 3 km turn left into the street "Auf dem Campus" (sign "Universität").
    On the left side you will find parking facilities and the Helsinki University building.
