Financials

We are able to support two students from each of our partner universities with lump sums for travelling and daily allowances. We will also provide some meals during the event.

Lump sum for stay: 89 euros/ day
Lump sum for travel expenses:
- participants of UC Syd, LiU and ELTE: 225 euros/ person
- JYU: 325 euros/ person

Housing

We will try our best to accommodate the incoming students in apartments of EUF students. However, we cannot guarantee enough places until now. There is also always the opportunity to stay in a hotel/ hostel in case there are not enough places to stay with EUF students. Accommodation costs have to be paid from the lump sum.
