Infopoints

Sometimes you need a little help when you first arrive in a new place. This is just what you'll find at our campus InfoPoints.

Helsinki building InfoPoint

In Helsinki, there’s an InfoPoint on the right-hand side immediately after you enter the building. Here, you’ll find general information and answers to more specific questions. If your question cannot be answered directly, you'll be referred to the right person or office.

Students may also submit their final papers at the InfoPoint. This helps to avoid long queues or overflowing mailboxes.

Opening hours

Oslo building information center

In the Oslo building, you’ll find the university’s combined information and telephone center. The location also serves as the university's lost and found. When you enter the building through the main entrance, the centrally located elevators are right in front of you. Behind them, there is a blue sign where you’ll find information.

Information boards on campus

Information boards marked with a red "i" are strategically placed throughout the campus. View the full-size campus map and your current location. This way, you’ll never get lost on our expansive campus.

But in case you do: Contrary to some of the stereotypes, people here in the far north are welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. Just ask any of the students or employees who are roaming the campus.

We look forward to welcoming you!
