Building services - maintenance, servicing, cleaning and transport

Building Services colleagues maintain and service all technical equipment in university buildings and throughout the campus.

They also support staff with event preparation, on-campus transportation, and cleaning supervision. Heiko Marquardsen coordinates this work and is your contact person for Building Services – also for external providers and companies on campus.

Planning a large event?

The building service can assist you in set up and transport the necessary materials. You must register the event at raum-PleaseRemoveIncludingDashes-@uni-flensburg.de and kommunikation-PleaseRemoveIncludingDashes-@uni-flensburg.de. Then register the date at least 2 weeks before the event so that we can plan for free capacities of staff and materials.
