The Executive University Board leads Europa-Universität Flensburg as its highest governing body. The Deliberation Process: How the Board Makes Decisions
Members of the Executive University Board generally meet once a week to discuss and decide on current university issues. Depending on the agenda, other members of the campus community, such as senior officers from the university administration, may also attend these meetings.
Members of the campus community can submit proposals to ask that specific issues be placed on a meeting agenda for consideration by the board. Proposals are reviewed and classified by the Senior Administrative Manager of the Executive University Board.

The Executive University Board of Europa Universität Flensburg is located on campus, in the Dublin building.
The President chairs the Executive University Board and has the authority to issue directives.
The Vice Presidents are responsible for the areas of Europe, International Affairs, Studies/Teaching/Digitization, and Research. They are elected by Senate faculty members upon the recommendation of the President and serve a term of three years.
The Chancellor heads university administration under the responsibility of the President, without prejudice to the professional responsibility of other members of the Executive University Board within their respective working areas. She oversees the university budget.

The Senior Administrative Manager to the board, along with several advisors and staff units, provide important support to the Executive University Board. Aiding the President is a Personal Assistant. You can reach the Executive University Board through the front office team, which serves as its first point of contact.
To maintain the high caliber of academics at Europa Universität Flensburg, Quality Management also belongs to the Executive University Board staff.
