Dock1 Start-up support
Dock1 is both digitally and on-site in the Audimax (basement) the place to go for all questions about self-employment and starting a business on the Flensburg campus. As a joint institution of the Europa-Universität Flensburg and the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, the Dock1 incubator supports all students and university members free of charge on topics such as:
- idea development and prototyping (e.g. in the FabLab IDEENREICH)
- business model development and business planning
- registration of business and self-employment
- patent and trademark registration
- marketing and sales
- support and mentoring designed specifically for female founders
- financing and start-up grants
- start-up network, growth and internationalisation
In addition, Dock1 regularly offers exciting workshops and entrepreneurship lectures, free workstations in the Audimax (basement) and access to Flensburg's start-up community.
Dock1 in numbers:
- about 70 start-up projects supported per year
- about 160,000 euros in funding acquired by start-ups per year
- 150 m2 Dock1 coworking space in the Audimax (basement)
- about 480 participants in Dock1 events per year
