Rotunde Reservation Request Form

Use the form below to request a reservation of the Rotunda for an event. Before submitting, please check to make sure that your proposed date is not already booked. From Friday to Sunday we can only hold 2 events in the Rotunda. Kindly submit your reservation request at least three weeks before the date of your planned event.

Reservations received between October 11, 2024 and November 18, 2024 will not be processed until after November 18.

The Rotunda will be closed on the following dates:

  • December 16, 2024 - January 13, 2025

  • July 07, 2025- September 1, 2025 

Reservations for these days will not be honored and will be ignored.

If your reservation is approved, you will receive a 2nd  confirmation e-mail from Lucila.
