Studiport (https://studiport.uni-flensburg.de) will be unavailable from Friday, 8th November 2024, 12:00 until Friday, 15th November 2024, 18:00. During this time, extensive maintenance work will take place, in the course of which we will introduce a new software generation. The retrieval of grades via the campus app Uninow will also not be possible during this week. - We will provide you with further information.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I would like to inform you that Studiport will be unavailable from Friday the 8th of November 2024 12:00 until Friday the 15th of November 2024 18:00. This is due to data migration work due to a change in the software used by EUF for the administration of student master data (change from HIS-SOS to HIS-STU).

In the week of 8-15 November 2024, it will therefore not be possible to make any changes to data in the entire HIS system. This affects not only the processes of the Registrar's Office (enrolment, de-registration, re-registration, address or name changes) but also the entire event and examination management (registration and de-registration for teaching and examinations, entry of examination results, room booking) or the creation and modification of persons (SVA).

Not only the web interfaces (‘Studiport’) will be affected by the lock on changes, but also the modules used internally (SOS, POS, PAX).

Therefore, please plan your semester and/or your work tasks in such a way that you do not suffer any disadvantages due to the one-week shutdown of Studiport. As the old system has to be completely shut down and a new system has to be set up afterwards, we will not be able to act even in emergencies and will have to postpone all requests until the following week.

During the week in question, it will not be possible to communicate with participants of courses via Studiport.
