ICES, ZeBUSS, CREST and the Research Department cordially invite all Post-Docs at the EUF as well as other interested staff members to this information event. It is intended to provide an overview of funding and employment opportunities which contribute to the promotion of a career in academia.  We will introduce funding opportunities for your own position within national or international research projects (e.g. DFG or Horizon Europe), fellowships such as DFG’s or Thyssens’s Post-Doc Stipend, as well funding for junior research group leaders such as DFG’s Emmy Noether Program. You can find an overview of selected Post-Doc funding opportunities also on our website. Besides funding opportunities we will briefly outline pathways to a permanent professorship/researcher career. At this event, we will inform you about these offers, provide you the opportunity to get in touch with other Post-Docs and contribute ideas to further strengthen the promotion of Post-Docs at the EUF with the support of the research centres.
